个人简介：
Mr Chen Bin holds a MS in Computer Science from Nanjing University, a MBA from Western Michigan University, A Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and Diploma in Training and Pubic Speaking from AIU. 

Mr Chen Bin is PMP (Project Management Professional), CITPM (Certified IT Project Manager), ITIL Master and certified trainer.   He is the Board member of PMI Singapore Chapter and he is also the Board member of itSMF Singapore Chapter.  Chen Bin is past president of YMCA Toastmasters Club Singapore.

Mr Chen Bin is currently Region Program Manager with Hewlett-Packard. He
has rich industry experience in project management through his over 15 years’ managerial positions as global and regional project manager, and regional program manager with MNCs including Hewlett-Packard, Citibank and AT&T.   He also has vast experience in IT Service management, able to apply best project management practices to implement IT Service Management processes and systems. 

Mr Chen Bin has given his talks on Project Management topics in various platforms including Region Symposium organized by PMI Singapore chapter, and he provides training service in project management.
